Just to refresh your memory just a little....last Thursday Walker was diagnosed with his second ear infection. Our pediatrician started antiobiotics and that was that....well....on Saturday he started to have a very upset tummy....if you know what I mean:(. It continued all weekend and into the start of the week. I went ahead and took him to "school" because I knew his tummy problems were coming from the antibiotics. His school only let him stay for about three hours on Monday morning before they called saying I would need to pick him up and he would not be able to return until 24hrs. After picking him up from school on Monday, I started feeling very yucky myself and I got the stomach virus. Luckily the virus only last about 10 hours. Feeling terrible and trying to take care of an eight month old is just not a good mix. Patrick stayed home and took care of the both of us. On Tuesday afternoon I took Walker back to the pediatrician's office because his bum was really really red from having an upset tummy all weekend. While at the pediatrician's office we learned that his ear infection had gotten WORSE and that we needed to change his medicine immediately. He his now on stage 3 antibiotics treating his ear infection. I have officially been welcomed into the parenthood club:)
This is where Moppy comes in.....My mom drove down on Tuesday night to help us out. I can't tell you how thankful I am for your help. We all needed some good tender loving care and she knows how to give LOTS of lovin. She is a wonderful mom and a wonderful grandma to Walker. They have so much fun together. Walker's face lights up when Moppy is around. It has been so nice to know Walker is in such good care and having a great time while we're at work. Having the house clean and dinner cooked is awesome too! Moppy you are the best and we LOVE you soooooooooo much! Thank you for everything this week. I personally could not have done it without you. I love you!
When I came home oneday after work, Moppy had Walker pushing him around in his beach buggy:) Walker's getting lots of practice riding before we take it to the BEACH:) Yeah!!

awww...Hope you guys are feeling better. We all got that stomach virus back before Christmas. Only we mom couldn't help out b/c she had it too!! It was horrible!!! So I feel your pain.
I have to say I am so blessed to be living close to my parents. They're always around if we need them.
My lil guy is finally feeling better. I'm ready for the Spring/Summer. It seems like they don't get as sick during those seasons!!
