On September 24 we celebrated a very extra special person.....DADDY!!
Happy Birthday to you Daddy!!
Patrick's birthday week started out extra special with a visit on Monday from Jules and Pops joined in on the fun on Friday. This was the first time Jules and Pops have visited us in Wilmington. We were so excited for them to come and to show them our new city, UNCW, Walker's school and our new house. We had such a great time during their visit and can't wait to see them again in November.

We started off the birthday morning celebrating with a special request from the birthday boy. His favorite, French toast made with Hawaiian bread, real maple syrup and bacon. It was delicious I might say...thank you so very much:)
Walker loved helping Daddy blow out the candles!
And he loved helping him open his birthday presents!
We celebrated his birthday with a great dinner on the Waterway.
The birthday boy came home to an ice cream cake!
Another one of his favorites:)
Walker enjoyed helping Pops work in the yard.
Walker helped plant flowers, pick weeds and extend a bed.

We enjoyed showing Jules and Pops UNCW's campus. We came across a fountain on campus and we think a student put detergent in the water. Walker thought the bubbles were so funny. He thought Pops putting his head in the giant bubbles was so hilarious:)
Playing baseball on the intramural fields.
Playing on the steps in Trask (the basketball arena).
Showing Jules and Pops how hard Daddy his working to improve the arena!
And one of our favorite spots on campus.
Walker loves looking at Sammy the Seahawk!
Thank you again Jules and Pops for coming to visit us during such a special time. We enjoyed showing you around so much and can't wait for you to come back to see us. Thank you so much for all of your help while you were here. We love you both!
