Our little family of three forever changed on the morning of Monday, October 1, 2012.
Introducing our sweet baby girl
Collins Ann Ransdell
Born at 11:21am weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces and 19 inches long.
One last picture with our sweet boy before leaving for the hospital.
Walker was very excited for us to go to the hospital to "get his baby sister out".
Welcome to the world sweet Collins Ann!
Meeting Daddy for the very first time. Daddy was unable to cut the cord and peak over the curtain- the nurse anaesthetist noticed Daddy wasn't feeling well....her exact words were "Daddy looks a little green- Daddy I think you should go ahead and relax with your head between your legs". He made it through it, but for a few minutes it was touch and go. And hey let's not forget who was laying on an operating table with her insides wide open...HA!
Hanging out in the recovery room with Daddy!
Snuggling in recovery with Collins Ann!
She was only just an hour old:) This was very different from when I delivered Walker. This hospital is a "rooming in" hospital which means the baby never leaves you. The only time I was away from her was when the doctor was stitching my incision in the OR.
Collins meeting her BIG brother for the first time!
Pretty awesome to witness his little face seeing her for the very first time.
Walker was so excited to hold his baby sister until she started crying:)
He wanted to give her a princess when he came to the hospital to meet her.
He told me we could buy a princess at Target (you know his favorite store) so on Sunday we went shopping to find her the perfect princess. He spotted this super cute cow and said, "Mommy we can call it Princess Cow". So Walker presented Collins with her very own "Princess Cow".
Proud Papa and Moppy holding their first grand baby girl!!
Good morning world!!
Holding baby sister on Tuesday afternoon.
After preschool each day Walker stopped by to see his baby sister.
Some super special visitors stopped by to meet Collins!
Thank you Jung family for coming to see us and bringing us such cute gifts!
Collins already loves her Moppy!!
Doesn't get any better than this sweet angel!
We are truly blessed with another beautiful child.
Thank you for all of our family and friends who have called, sent sweet text and visited us at the hospital. We love all of you so much and can't wait for you to meet this sweet baby girl!!

Yes, we are the proud grandparents of our 1st baby girl. Collins has Julie's and my middle name, Ann. We are happy to share that part of Collins' name. We think she is sooo precious and think she is the most beautiful little girl since her mommy was born. So move over mommy and we'll spoil her, too. She weighed 6.8 lbs last night and looks like a babydoll, she is so tiny. Miracle from God and we are so thankful for this time iin our lives. We love you all.
She is beautiful!! I am glad to see some pictures of her!!! Keep on.....you make pretty babies.....and kids :) I hope mommy is doing well!!
