It is always such a great time when the grandmothers come to visit. We were lucky enough to have both grandmothers plus Beck (Walker's great grandmother) come to visit in October. You can definitely say we were all really spoiled. Patrick and I always like the break and extra hands around to help with Walker. Enjoy our pictures of Moppy, Jules and Beck!
We were playing how many can fit on one chair? As you can tell Ribbie really didn't think it was a fun game. Walker thought it was a great idea:)
We have lots of lizards outside and Walker loves to hunt for them. Moppy and Walker found a baby lizard and he enjoyed touching its tail. I was definitely impressed with Moppy catching the lizard. I on the other hand will not even think about holding a lizard. We always have so much fun with Moppy. It is such a treat for all of us to have her visit us. We go shopping, eat lots of good food and most importantly give lots of lovin' to Walker. We can't wait to see Moppy and Papa over the Thanksgiving holidays.
Jules and Beck came to visit us the week before Halloween. We had such a great time with them. This was Patrick's grandmothers first time visiting us in SC. We are so glad she came and was able to see the area we live in, where we work, Walker's school and etc.
While Jules and Beck were here we went to Alligator Adventure. Walker loved it and believe me I have never seen so many alligators... a little creepy!! They have over 700 alligators on property. We were able to see turtles, birds, ducks, tigers, a zebra, a camel, a donkey and lots of lazy alligators. Thank you Beck for treating us to lots of fun!!
They also carved a pumpkin and Jules baked/decorated a really cool pumpkin chocolate cake. Walker could not wait to taste the icing. While it was in the refrigerator Walker would open the door swipe away some icing and close the door:)
We also enjoyed attending the Homecoming football game. This was a hard weekend for Patrick because he was so busy with homecoming festivities. We squeezed in Daddy time when ever we got a chance. Hey, they really didn't come to see us any way, right?
Thank you Jules and Beck for coming such a long way to see us. We loved every second of your visit. We can't wait to see you again during the Christmas holidays!!

So much fun! First, the Pumpkin cake... that rocks!! :) I'm sure Walker enjoyed that. Do you guys have withdrawal after the "spoilers" leave?! :) I sure as heck would. I'm lucky though that my mom is close by..... you have an awesome mom and MIL.
oh yes, Jaime is right on the mark,you do have an awesome other mother, other grandmother and ole mother. We all love you, Patrick and OUR AWESOME GRANDSON! We also love to spoil you all whenever we can. Sorry that Walker is having another ear infection. Well children tend to teach us that our lives are never ours after that precious bundle of joy comes on the scene. I really thought that movie was so true-just think of all the knowledge you have in the past two years and the fun you have for the future-God is so good-you two are wonderful parents and your parents/grandparents are so thankful to be a part of your lives. I LOVE BEING YOUR MOM/MOPPY
Love that cake! One grandma giving him doughnuts and one giving him cake....I bet he loves it!! Looks like a fun trip to Aligator Adventure. You are lucky to have such fun things close by!!
