Well, we are on Week 4, Day 3 of our normal little crazy life. Walker is so close to the finish line we can hardly stand it. The big day is set for Thursday, March 28th and it just doesn't seem like it will get here fast enough. I'm so ready to have a normal life again and not worry about Walker and his cast. I can tell you one thing we have a tough little cookie on our hands. He has done everything and anything he has wanted to do the last four weeks...nothing, I mean nothing has stopped him. I'm so unbelievably proud of him and I can't wait for the day to show him pictures and tell him how brave and tough he was throughout this whole ordeal. I guess I'm most excited about him being a kid again and being able to do the simple things in life we take for granted each and every day.
We are really missing Moppy these days!!!
I just wanted to remind her how much we love her and how much we appreciated all of her help while she was here.
Walker is still having visitors come and check on him.
We were sooooo excited to have Mrs. Jung (his K-3 teacher) and Marisa come visit and play last week!
Thank you so much- it was a lot of fun!! You all are so special to us!!
Look at this sweet boy!
We are still watching A LOT of TV, playing with Lego's, reading, coloring and playing with dinosaurs in the floor. Thank goodness for warmer weather this past weekend...we were able to get outside.
We also love when we receive surprises in the mail!
Thank you Jules for sending me this super cool dry erase board!
Thank you to Mrs. Pam for sending me the game Simon and all my other goodies!
And she was so sweet to send Daddy & Mommy a gift card to have a dinner/date night...I mean how super thoughtful was that....Thank you, Thank you!!
This little girl is keeping every one smiling!!!
She loves her brother so much!!
After Walker's last doctors appointment we stopped by his school to see all of his friends!
They were soooooooo excited to see him. It was so sweet to be able to see and listen to their sweet little conversations with Walker. They loved seeing him and especially being able to sign his cast. We can't wait for him to be back at school...LOL!
We wheeled over to one of our favorite places last week....Fuzzy Peach!
Yummy....just what the doctor ordered!!

Wonderful story telling from my wonderful daughter whom I love very much. And my awesome son(in-law)who has proved over and over that being a daddy is priority in life. You both amaze me with the manner in which you handle life's problems-always together in your decisions. Thank you again for being "super parents". Love all
