On, June 29th we surprised my mom aka "Moppy" for her 70th Birthday!
We pulled off a great surprise for her and I know she was just thrilled to see all of her close friends and family. I would not have been able to pull it off it wasn't for the help of my sweet Aunt Patsy! She kept me on track and organized a fantastic party:) And of course a big thank you to my sweet and oh so helpful brother and my SIL. Oh, and let me not forget my sweet husband who cooked all of the BBQ. It was a perfect night down on the farm to have a BBQ and celebrate a very special woman to all of us!! Happy Birthday Mom we love you!!
The party was Saturday night and we drove to SC and arrived around 3pm. As soon as I got out of the car I hit the ground running in party mode. Although, I had to explain to Walker 45 times what we were doing, why we couldn't go to Moppy's house, why we couldn't call Moppy to tell her to come to the farm. I think that was the most exhausting part of the whole process....HA!
Super cute party invitations!
Nancy and Mom
Nancy and Mom have been best friends for a really long time!
The two most important boys in Moppy's life:)
They could hardly wait until Moppy arrived!
These two had a ball running around celebrating Moppy!
Moppy and her favorite son:)
They took many golf cart rides around the farm!
The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious!
Aunt Patsy did a great job picking out the cake:)
He wasn't going to miss helping Moppy blow out her candles!
Look whose driving...ugh oh!
I can't believe these grown men actually allowed a 6 and 5 year old to escort them around the farm.
My Daddy and his best bud Dennis!

I did have a huge surprise. Thank you for all you did for me-it was so extra special having my family and friends to hug and talk with. I had had Ptosis (eye)Surgery two days before and wasn't expecting to celebrate. The most moving of that day was when I stepped out of the truck and I heard" Moppyyyyy" from Walker and Logan, running to hug me-Precious-Thank you all for a memory, precious and heartwarming.
