A few weeks ago we celebrated with a "Cast Off" Party!
We wanted to thank all of our sweet friends for coming to see Walker when he broke his leg. Walker had so many friends come over to see him when he was home for those seven very long weeks. We feel so blessed to have such special friends who took the time out of their busy schedules to come over and see him. Not even counting all the many special care packages he received from our friends and family far away. We love each and every one of you and are so thankful you love Walker just as much as we do!!!
When I told him we were having a "Cast Off" party he said, "Oh Mommy, my friends are bringing me presents". He had a hard time understanding if we were calling it a "party" then why no presents. Then his next question was, "Where is the cake for my party"? So, I sent Patrick to the grocery to buy a cake!

We had a total of 25 who came to celebrate with us!
Patrick cooked two delicious boston butts and all the BBQ fixings. It was so much fun and Walker had an absolute blast playing with all of his friends minus the stinkin' body cast!!!
