On Sunday we headed to Magic Kingdom for the day. This was a totally different experience from the day before at Animal Kingdom. I over heard a Disney worker say it was 107 degrees in the park. It was hot with lots and lots of people. But, it is the Happiest Place in the World and we were all very happy to be there! I was a little worried if Walker would be ready for round two, but he woke up "bright eyed and bushy tailed" ready to go to Mickey's house again.
Riding the ferry over to Magic Kingdom!
We arrived early again and were able to catch the welcoming ceremony!
I can remember standing in the same place growing up going to Disney World.
All the characters ride on the train and make a grand entrance.
It was exciting to watch Walker's face because you can hear the train blowing the whistle in the distance heading over to us. Walker knew Mickey and all of his friends were on the way:)
After the ceremony we headed over to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and the ride through the jungle!
Walker loved riding the magic carpet ride of Aladdin with Uncle Matt Matt and Aunt Sandra!
Walker loved his very first Mickey ears.
Thank you to Uncle Matt Matt!!
Walker riding beside Jules during, It's A Small World!
Walker loved riding on the Walt Disney World Railroad!
Can't go to Magic Kingdom without riding Dumbo. You can barely see Walker.
Small children are required to sit on the inside. We were lucky for all three of us to fit together:)
Walker did not like the idea of sharing Dumbo to take pictures:)
Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Street Party
This was such a fun jammin' parade directly in front of Cinderella Castle. All of the characters and the Disney dancers were awesome! Near the end of the parade the characters get off of the floats and dance in the street with the crowd. We loved it so much we went back a second time.
Jules is trying to dance with Walker in the street. Walker wanted nothing to do with being close to the characters. Standing on the sidewalk was close enough for him:)

Love this picture of Pops and Walker!
Waiting for Dream Along with Mickey Musical to begin.
By this time we were all trying to figure out who smelled the worst:)
The musical was really cute and Walker enjoyed it a lot.
I think the entire trip he was amazed to see Mickey, Minnie, Donald and all of the characters.
Waiting for Celebrate A Dream Come True Parade on Main Street!
Sitting with Daddy waiting for the parade to begin
Walker loved the parade except for the characters walking close to him:)

So proud of his balloon!
Believe it or not the balloon still looks the same today...it was worth the money:)
Of course Walker found a band. This kid LOVES music!!
And then......
Some how Sandra and I made our way to center stage blowing bike horns:):)
It was a lot of fun and I'm glad Sandra you forced me to go with you:):)
We will never forget it, right:)
Two Peas In A Pod....
On our way home on the ferry.
He was so tired and so hot, but can you tell he had the time of his life!

Uncle Matt Matt also bought Walker Mickey hands to go with his Mickey ears:)
He has the most fun playing with them. He almost wore them home the entire trip back.
Thank you to Pops, Jules, Uncle Matt Matt and Aunt Sandra for meeting us at Mickey's House. We had so much fun and made memories that will last forever. I can't imagine what Walker will say in 20 yrs looking back at his first trip to Disney World! We are so lucky to be able to go on this adventure with you all. We love you all so much and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making Walker's 3rd birthday one we will always remember!!

honestly you capture the feelings of all your subjects-I do so enjoy looking at your pictures and reading your post on them-I've told you before-you have the best story telling talent. Guess that comes from reading to Walker every night and making him feel a part of the stories. Love you all
